  I had to replace all of the windows on my truck (save the windshield) due to tornado damage. I called 7 shops, and all of them, save break-away got back to me within an hour with a quote. I gave them a call a couple hours after my initial call in case they lost my number, it turns out they were just busy and said they would get back to me soon. I called a 3rd time 30 minutes before closing because i wanted to get it ordered the same day, in the middle of me asking if they could get the quote to me today the lady on the phone said "ok, yeah, thanks, bye" and hung up. the phone call was just over a minute, another 10 seconds to say they were not able to get to it today and I wouldn't be writing this. I can't tell you about the quality of their windows or how well they install them, but the service left a lot to be desired.
